Racing Team
For what has amounted to 33 years the name Lechner is a constant presence within motorsports. From formula classes and well known racing series to touring cars, right up to the Le Mans sports cars of the legendary group C era - there is hardly a European championship which could not also be won by Lechner Racing.
Currently the team is competing in the fastest one-make racing series in the world, the Porsche Supercup as Formula 1 support event, as well as the hotly contested MINI Challenge - and this with success: After the vice-championship in the Porsche Supercup in 2007 and 2008, the Lechner Racing Team also triumphed within the overall ranking of the MINI Challenge 2008.
